Please reschedule or cancel appointments at least 4 hours in advance. All “No Show” cancellations and appointment changes made without a 4-hour notice will be charged 100% for their scheduled service. For group bookings or parties of 4 or more, please provide at least 24-hour notice to avoid a full cancellation charge. Child Care Requirements: Because of the open air style of our spa, Jiivana does not allow children in the treatment rooms, nor do we provide child care services on spa premises. For PIC in-house guests, please make arrangements prior to your appointment through the concierge if you need a baby sitter or would like to take advantage of PIC Kid’s Club. Age requirements We do not offer services for children under the age of 14. Teens 14 to 17 year olds may schedule the Learning to Let Go Teen Treatment but are required to be accompanied by an adult. All other services are for guests 18 years of age and older. Payment of Services We require a valid credit card number to confirm all Jiivana reservations. Room charging privileges are available for PIC guests. We accept all major credit cards, traveler’s checks, gift certificates and cash. Gift Cards Give the gift of well being with a Jiivana gift card, perfect for any occasion. Jiivana gift cards are non refundable and do not expire. If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies, iodine sensitivity or other special conditions please notify the Spa Attendant before booking so they may guide you to an appropriate treatment. fever, chills, sneezing, coughing or runny nose, please contact a Spa Attendant at least 4 hours prior to your appointment time to reschedule your service. Miscellaneous Most massage and body treatments require disrobing. Our therapists are trained to provide privacy using professional and comfortable draping techniques.
